Festivals and ticketing

Sell out the weekend. Scan everyone in at one gate.

ConfPro runs festivals on its own ticketing engine, built for festival-scale on-sales and gates. If your audience already buys on Quicket or Howler, we connect those channels so every ticket scans at the same gate.

Everything a big on-sale needs

Release phases

Early bird, phase 1, 2 and 3, moving on automatically by date or by quantity sold.

Add-ons and bundles

Camping, parking, lockers, VIP upgrades and merch, sold with the ticket or later.

Rotating QR codes

Codes refresh every 15 seconds so screenshots and forwarded tickets don’t scan. A static barcode is kept as a fallback.

Offline gate scanning

Scanners keep working when the signal drops and sync when it returns, without double entries.

Transfers and fair resale

Named tickets move between friends in the app. Official resale is capped at face value.

Groups, codes and promoters

Group tickets, presale and promo codes, waitlists and promoter tracking links with commission.

Age checks and capacity

18+ events check the SA ID number. Sales plus allocations can never exceed your licensed capacity.

Live sales reporting

Sales velocity, phase sell-through, channel mix and the scan-in curve on event day.

Keep the marketplaces. Lose the spreadsheet.

Some audiences prefer the big platforms. We connect each one, track its allocation cap and reconcile its payout, so you get one guest list and one settlement report.

  • Quicket

Connected by API key. Guest lists, barcodes, comps and promo codes sync every 15 minutes.

  • Howler

Orders arrive by webhook, with CSV import as a backup.

  • Webtickets and Computicket

Your allocation is tracked and their sales imported by CSV.

  • Box office

Door sales recorded with cash or card-machine payments on the same gate list.

Compliance comes with it

  • Events over 2,000 people trigger SASREA. Our compliance engine builds the permit checklist with deadlines counted in working days.
  • Refunds follow CPA section 17, with no fee where a buyer can’t attend because of death or hospitalisation.
  • Buyer details are handled under POPIA, and marketing goes only to buyers who opted in.
