Planning fees for weddings and private events are published below. Corporate, conference and public events are priced on proposal, using the models we explain here.
Weddings and private events
ConfPro’s planning fee only. Venue, catering, décor and other suppliers are quoted separately at cost, with any handling fee disclosed.
Day-of coordination
We take over six weeks out, confirm every supplier and run the day.

Corporate, conference and public events
These are priced on proposal, because scope varies so much. Every proposal shows all-inclusive prices with VAT and our fee as a separate line, and discloses any commission we earn.
Estimate a budget now- Conferences & congresses
- Flat management fee banded by delegate numbers, or a share of surplus for association congresses.
- Corporate events
- Fixed project fee, with supplier costs passed through at cost plus a disclosed handling fee.
- Festivals & public events
- Production fee plus ticketing at a per-ticket rate set out in your proposal.
- Government
- Management fee only. Commissions are disclosed and rebated, in line with Treasury guidance.
- Retainers
- Fixed monthly fee for associations and corporates with a calendar of events.
Deposits
Usually 30% to secure your date, with the balance on a schedule that suits you. Pay by card, instant EFT or EFT.
Cancellation
Fair and in line with the Consumer Protection Act. No fee for death or hospitalisation. Read the policy.
VAT
Prices include VAT at 15%. Corporate clients receive full tax invoices.
