We built our name on association and pharmaceutical conferences, where a late speaker or a missing CPD certificate is not an option. Today that same discipline runs year-end functions, golf days, weddings and festivals across South Africa.

ConfPro starts out running association conferences, gala evenings and corporate functions from concept to completion. The rule from day one: every detail approved by the client, every event given undivided attention.

The same conference discipline now plans year-end functions, golf days, weddings, festivals, launches and AGMs. We work across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria, and we travel, with our own planning and ticketing platform and sixteen services to choose from.

Every event gets its own lead
One named planner owns your event from the first call to the final debrief. You always know who to phone, and it’s never a call centre.
You approve every detail
Venue, menu, run-sheet, budget line: nothing is booked until you have seen it and said yes. Your portal shows what we see, live.
Serious about the details, fun about the rest
Generators tested, dietary counts confirmed, speakers timed. That is how we get to the part your guests remember.
South African rules built in
POPIA, CPA cancellations, SASREA permits, VAT invoices, s18A receipts and CPD certificates are part of how we work, not an afterthought.

Ask and we’ll report waste, transport and local spend, and help you choose local and B-BBEE suppliers.
