Weddings
A South African wedding is often more than one day. We plan each ceremony with its own guest list, menu and run-of-show, while you see one budget and one RSVP picture across all of them.
Linked ceremonies
Umembeso and umabo, mehndi and wedding day, two Cape Malay receptions: planned together, budgeted together.
Family-friendly payments
Contributions from several family members tracked against the budget, with gift lists if you want them.
Every dietary need
Halal, kosher, vegetarian and allergy meals counted per function and handled under POPIA.
Planned around your traditions
Choose a tradition to see the ceremonies we typically plan. Many couples combine two; we plan them as one programme.
Western & Afrikaans
Church or garden ceremony, reception and dance. We handle the details, from the bridal party’s timings to the last lift home. For Afrikaans weddings we work with your dominee and venue, from the Winelands to the Highveld.

Zulu, Xhosa & Sotho customary
Customary marriage runs as a sequence. A Zulu union typically moves from lobola negotiations to umembeso, the gift exchange between families, and then umabo. We plan each ceremony with the families, manage tents, catering and transport at the homestead, and keep the gift lists for both sides.

Hindu
Durban Hindu weddings often run across three days. We plan the prayers, mehndi and sangeet, the wedding ceremony under the mandap and the reception, with vegetarian catering and the timings your priest sets.

Muslim & Cape Malay
The nikah, then the celebrations. Cape Malay couples usually hold two receptions, one for each family, and the groom’s family sends bruidskos. We work with halal-certified caterers and plan separate seating where families prefer it.
